Oakridge/Westfir

Oakridge is a small rural community nestled in the foothills of the Western Cascade Mountains. Oakridge is surrounded by Willamette National Forest land and is located on the northern bank of the upper Willamette River. The community population is 3,745. Oakridge, once a thriving timber town, has reinvented itself as a town that celebrates the beauty and natural resources surrounding it. Known as the “Mountain Bike Capital of the Northwest,” it is becoming a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts.
