Timberline Lodge Culinary Program
Chef Leif Eric Benson has been the Executive Chef at Timberline Lodge for the past 30 years. He wrote the Timberline Lodge Cookbook back in 1987, promoting “culinary tourism” and the use of the bounty of Oregon. Timberline Lodge is a leader in utilizing many products from the local area, with an emphasis on organic and sustainable. For the past six years, Timberline Lodge has received recognition for The Best Oregon Wine List. The restaurant features between 800 and 1,000 wines, including 300 Oregon Pinot Noirs.
