Sisters Art Scene

Sisters, Oregon is a special place that has the amazing ability to support a variety of the arts — painting, music, sculpture, photography, dance, fiber arts (quilting), etc. — and then get together to celebrate the works with the whole town.

The people who make up “The Sisters Country” are dedicated to preserving and enhancing community culture. Celebrations of American culture occur throughout the year, from the largest outdoor quilt show in the world, The Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show, to the nationally recognized Sisters Folk Festival. Community members work together on stewardship projects and educational activities to preserve the landscape locals they are so proud of.

Sisters Art Works is a center for art classes, exhibits and performance for the Sisters country. Tenants are artists in studio, musicians and even massage therapists working in the healing arts. A flexible art space offers classes in art , cooking , languages and more.
