RoadRunners Roadside Cafe

RoadRunners was hand-built in a refurbished German sausage trailer. The owners grow saffron on the property, and you can get a saffron burger or saffron steak stir-fry any time of the year, as well as saffron bulbs and potted saffron plants.

The restaurant is situated along Highway 227, the Crater Lake Highway, which follows along the South Umpqua River and has beautiful scenery, from cow pastures and gorgeous barns to glorious mountains and tree canopies.
