Mohawk Restaurant

 The Mohawk is one of Central Oregon’s most unique restaurants. A historical landmark since the 1930s, it is filled with taxidermy mounts – many of such rare quality they are illegal to possess today. During the logging boom the building became a boarding house for Chinese immigrants who came to Central Oregon to work in the woods.
