In the Spirit: Northwest Native Arts Market and Festival

In the Spirit: Northwest Native Arts Market and Festival, is one of the few Native American fine arts outdoor markets hosted in the Pacific Northwest and is held annually in August. Visitors have the opportunity to see the latest trends in Native American art as well as exceptional traditional work. The performing arts stage hosts a number of contemporary and traditional Native music and dance.

The Pacific Northwest is home to some of the most vibrant examples in the Native art scene and this event showcases artists who do museum quality work, as well as talented emerging artists that visitors might not otherwise see. Guests are encouraged by some performing groups to join in certain dances and judge amateur art competitions.
