Estacada Summer Celebration

The Estacada Summer Celebration began in 2000 when the local arts commission recognized the need to celebrate the local ArtBack Artists’ annual painting of murals.  It has grown into a wonderful, free celebration of art and music. The townspeople celebrate the unique, diverse flavor of their community with ever-growing festive decorations: hand-painted banners, flags and signs.  There is great live Northwest music on the big stage along with an art fair, silent art auction, puppet shows and many free hands-on art activities for children and families.  This all takes place while the fabulous ArtBack Artists paint their mural-in-a-weekend project on a local building.  It’s a great family-friendly event and one that should not be missed.
